Duties:
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to their destinations
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers during their journey
- Follow designated routes and adhere to scheduled departure and arrival times
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those with special needs
- Maintain a clean and organized bus or van interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any issues
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and dispatchers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver, van driver, or shuttle driver is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to ensure timely arrivals at destinations
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
