CLASS C / BOBTAIL (Los Angeles)

We are currently seeking Class C Drivers to join our team WITH 2 YEAR BOBTAIL DRIVING EXP.
We’ve been in business for over 40 years in the LAX area.
The primary responsibility of this position is to safely transport goods, Import & Export Shipments.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience.

T Medical Certificate ***FULL-TIME*** --------------------Shifts available------------------- Hourly Rate - $20.
00 Scheduled : Including a Saturday or Sunday "Discuss while applying" AM start @ 0700 Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday PM start @ 1500 ****CARGO AIRLINE PICK-UP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED / ROLLER-BED / PMC-ULD .
**** Qualifications • Valid Class C driver’s license • Minimum of 2 years driving experience WITH Bobtail/Box truck or equivalent.
• Currently hold an interstate DOT medical card required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record in compliance with DOT requirements • Must pass a post offer background check.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be professional and have great communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities: • Transport goods from one location to another safely and efficiently • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo.
• Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner.
