Seeking help around the house for an active gay man (west hollywood)

I am an active Gay man looking for a gay or bi-man to help with things around the house.
Organizing, cleaning closets, running errands, helping out as needed in my home.
I'm specifically looking for a younger gay man, because I myself am gay and feel comfortable with gay guys.
I would also like to bond with light exercising and or hikes.
So it would be ideal if you were physically fit and willing to do light work outs as well.
I'm a chill mellow guy, in my 40's.
easy to get along with and very drama free.
I'm respectful and i'm will ing to compensate for any extra work that is done around the house.
I would prefer a guy that lived in the vicinity or west hollywood, or had easy transportation to get to my area.
