Help our family manage and clean our Historic Venice Bungalow we host on Airbnb.

* House is 900 sq ft 2 bed / 1 bath + small patio and garage

Cleanings / Turnovers:
* 11am-3pm are the only hours for cleanings (this is after guests leave and before the next guests arrive)
* 3-6+ turnovers / cleanings per month
*After each guest leaves, you come and prepare the house for the next guest (clean, sheets + towels laundry, restock supplies for guests like coffee, snacks, etc.
)
* Checklist with pictures makes it very easy to do well
* Must be good with household / indoor plants
* We provide supplies (vacuum, cleaners, rags, etc.
)
* House has 2 sets of newer LG washer/dryers to make linens/towel laundry fast
* Cleanings usually take current cleaners 2.
5-3hrs for one person
* Parking provided
* Cleaning rate typically ~ $25-$30/hr (project based)
* Training provided, but must have similar experience
Odd Jobs / Backup Management
* Tell owner when issues arise and come up with temporary solutions if possible (ex.
garage not working, something broken)
* Restock supplies when they run low (we may send supplies to your house for you to bring on the next cleaning)
* Mail guests belongings they left to them (reimbursed)
* Pickup supplies at store (reimbursed)
* Take in/out trash
* Compensation - $30/hr to cover minor odd jobs + reimbursable expenses
Requirements
* Must have reliable car/transportation
* Must have smartphone (this is how we assign cleanings)
* Must be responsive to texts / phone calls when doing cleanings
* For ONE PERSON only - no subbing out our jobs to other people you hire
* Flexibility to work any day (including Sundays) - we do have backup cleaners if needed
* Responsible and accountable for any mistakes/issues - the mentality to do it right or come back and fix it if mistakes happen
* 1099 required / must be legally authorized to work - we run clean and legal and payments sent automatically to your bank account via Stripe
* High attention to detail
* Love of historic homes and providing visitors with a lovely experience
* Previous hosts highly encouraged
