Cleaner Needed (Santa Monica)

I am looking to hire a woman who is capable of handling small cleaning in a small home.
Most important tasks would be organizing the common areas, as well as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.
Kitchen isn't used often so it would not be a lot of work.
We can discuss pay rate.
This would once every other week or every 3-4 weeks.
The common areas are carpeted, so if you can bring a vacuum, that would work, but not required.
