Are you a detail-oriented, nurturing, female personal assistant who would love to help support a podcast host?
Then this role may be for you!
Tasks include:
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and organizing.
- Manage household tasks, such as overseeing repairs, coordinating deliveries, and organizing spaces.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as running errands, shopping, and organizing personal belongings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Help with pet care, including feeding, walking, and grooming the dog.
- Handle returns and exchanges, including packaging items and dropping them off at post offices or courier services.
-Supporting on events and in music videos/ podcast production
This is for someone who is great at finding order in chaos, making sure little details are booked and is self-reliant person who can anticipate needs and come up with solutions!

Must have a car and ability to drive to Santa Monica twice a week.
Must have personal assistance experience
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week
