Here's a snapshot of what this flexible part-time job entails: 🌟 Your Role: Condo Care: Revitalize a 3-bedroom beachside condo, including detailed cleaning and housekeeping if you're up for it or oversee maid service.
You are responsible to make sure they are effective and efficient.
Organizational Wizardry: Immaculate arrangement of everything - from perfectly buttoned shirts to sparkling clean shoes.
Attention to Detail: Keep every corner spotless and dust-free.
Mail Management: Handle incoming mail and manage online shopping returns.
Kitchen Duties: Stock the fridge with delicious treats, especially fresh market finds.
BONUS: Tech Savvy: Efficiently use household appliances like dishwashers.
Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments and make calls, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside our office admin as needed.
Guest Preparations: Set up the condo for guests, with a chance to stay over when the owner is away! 🌞 Ideal Candidate: Local Presence: Must reside in or near Santa Monica.
