Cleaner for vacation rentals in Venice (Venice)

Hello! We are a small vacation rental business that is looking to hire a cleaning person to complete our team for our three 1BR apartments in Venice Beach.
We expect you to be: - Flexible as we have last minute requests and might need you the next day.
Most of the time, you'll know your schedule on Sunday afternoon for the two weeks ahead - Available on Mondays and Wednesdays and on weekends, especially on Sundays, between 11am and 3pm.
Being available the other days of the week is a plus.
We need someone available during the Holidays.
- Thorough every time you clean, our reputation is at stake with every customer we have - To COMMUNICATE WELL - RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL and have a good command of English - Provide references - Local to the area We offer: - $27/hr and we provide all necessary supplies - Usually, a cleaning takes 2hrs-2 hours and half and we pay $80 when the place was rented for more than one day.
We pay $70 when is was rented for only one night.
- To be paid every Sunday by Venmo.
It is a part-time job, a good gig for people who have another job or a side business.
It is not a full-time job.
