Seeking beauty guru/gym motivation drill Sargent (Remote)

I'm a 29 year old male who has trouble forcing self to go to the gym and to take care of myself.
I am looking for people who are around my age but OLDER to make sure I'm completing my goals on time.
You must be strict, you must be firm, I am not looking for any games I've tried this many times over and it's never really worked .
BLUE IS MY IF YOU ARE FEMALE PLS READ HERE: I am looking for a female to help me with my gloup.
That includes making sure my room/car is clean $5 each time we confirm, making sure I make gloup appointments, making sure I go to them, etc.
All of these will be together in one job and I will pay for you each individual task each time we do it.

I'll also ask that you make sure im buying healthy foods and drinking enough water.
