Airbnb Host Needed (Los Angeles)

Job Description: -Have Airbnb, property management or customer service experience -You will be hired as a 1099 Contractor, Must have SSN or Tax ID -Part-Time -Manage Several houses -Available on demand 7 days a week for phone inquiries and check-ins.
-Have reliable transportation and great customer service skills - Must have a sharp mind and work quickly in solving any issues that arise with guests or properties.
-Check-in guests, by phone and sometimes in - person.
Use the online calendar and messaging to coordinate with guests -Inspect the houses at checkouts and report any damages, maintenance, or housekeeping work that needs to be done -Provide customer service for guests by accepting their messages and assisting them online or buying things they need during their trip.
Must be fast at the computer and adept in learning and using technology.
This is a must - Setup ads for rentals and other administrative tasks -Work with scheduling and assisting movers, handymen, and cleaners when needed -Pays $25.
