House Cleaner For Apartment (Los Angeles)

I am looking for another cleaner as my old cleaner is no longer in Los Angeles.
I live in about a 1000 SQFT unit.
I need a deep cleaning done probably once every two weeks.
It took the last guy about 4 hours every time he cleaned.

You must be in or near the area plus have transportation.
I will pay you $150 in cash every time you clean the place.
I prefer on Saturdays/Sundays.
