RELIABLE DETAILED CLEANER START IMMEDIATLY (Los Angeles)

We are looking for a cleaner to come once a week and who is reliable, trust worthy, and VERY VERY VERY good at mopping.
Looking for someone to deep clean, as we have lots of floor space.
We prefer you have your own gear ie: industrial mop, vacuum cleaner, we have cleaning supplies.
If you are also good at organizing that is a big plus.
Please only be amazing.
Prefer an Eastern European, Russian, French, but open to the right person.
The pay is $30 an hour we prefer using venmo.
We are not interested in hiring "a company" we just one an individual who has experience with cleaning.
Please have references available.
Please don't ask for a flat fee, we only pay hourly.
