Live-in companion / Paid companion (Los Angeles)

Looking for a live-in companion for our 34 year old son.
He has general social anxiety issues that prevent him from maintaining his health and living an ordinary life.
We are hoping to find someone who could become a good non-judgement friend, talk to him, and visit places around town to help him be more comfortable in social environments.
Private room with a private bathroom will be provided at reduced rent (or maybe free rent for the most suitable person).
Hours for help needed for my son would be around 3 hours a day.
If you are not interested in the private room, then we are willing to pay $15 per hour for helping our son a couple of hours a week.
