Seeking an actor or trainer to be a live-in caregiver 2 days per week for our 82 year old mom who has Alzheimer's.
We are equally open to MEN or WOMEN, so please don't hesitate to apply if you're a guy.
Why an actor or trainer? We're seeking an actor or trainer over a professional caregiver because we find them to be a better personality fit with our mom.
Don't worry if you haven't had experience caregiving before -- we'll train you so you know exactly what to do.
Pay is $500 for 2 days of work along with reimbursement on all expenses.
We encourage visiting the Grove, going to the movies together, restaurants, shops, museums, the beach, etc.
The job can be a lot of fun for the right person.

she's originally from London, in very good shape, has a wonderful personality and loves being around people.
While she's able to get around her apartment easily, she needs some assistance with dressing/undressing and a friendly arm when walking.
She sleeps very well from about 8pm to 7:30am each night meaning our caregivers are able to relax in the evenings and get a good night's sleep themselves.
Our mom lives in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment building with pool, gym, extensive grounds and 24 hour security.
Responsibilities include:
1\.
Companionship - visits to parks, museums, beaches, restaurants (we cover all expenses.
)
2\.
Meal prep - you will prepare all meals, eat together, assist her with eating and wash up afterwards.
3\.
Medication management - pills once per day.
4\.
Walking - she loves walks.
5\.
Light housekeeping - we have a housekeeper that thoroughly cleans the apartment once per week, but caregivers are responsible for maintaining a clean living space between housekeeper visits.
6\.
Ideally have a car to take our mom on outings around LA.
(we provide underground, secure parking.
)
7\.
Assisting with showers, getting washed up, brushing teeth.
8\.
Changing bed linens as needed.
9\.
Assisting with getting dressed and changing adult diapers.
10\.
Shopping for the household (all expenses are reimbursed).
Work schedule is Monday 9am to Wednesday 9am.
This is a live-in position only for the days/nights you're working, meaning we provide a private bedroom and bathroom for you Monday AM - Wednesday AM.
Pay is $500 (unreported) for 2 days work plus reimbursement on all expenses.
