Seed & Stock is an office coffee and pantry service provider servicing companies in California.
We focus on mid-sized to large companies that are often ranked as “best workplaces” and provide them with the support they need to keep their employees fueled and happy.
To assist with this mission, we’re looking for a full-time Restocker / Client Experience Associate to join our team.
The Restocker / Client Experience Associate is responsible for restocking snacks and beverages as well as performing light cleaning of coffee equipment.
As the face of the company, the Restocker / Client Experience Associate must project a professional, positive image and provide the client with excellent customer service.
No experience is necessary, but relevant experience includes facilities management, janitorial, restaurant, barista, merchandising and grocery.

Responsibilities:
* Restock all snack areas
* Restock all beverage fridges
* Restock paper products (cups, plates, etc.
)
* Check coffee bean levels and refill if necessary
* Check expiration dates for all snacks and beverages and throw away if necessary
* Keep stock room organized
* Receive orders weekly and put away in stock room
* Take note of what is needed for the following week and place order
* Run rinse cycles on bean-to-cup coffee machines
* Report any issues with equipment
* Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
Qualifications:
* Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Positive attitude and can-do approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High School Diploma or GED
* Strong initiative; ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime based on company needs
* Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
