The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our wholesale customers.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the ordering process.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide comprehensive information about our products, pricing, and order fulfillment process.
Research and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Assist with processing returns and exchanges.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and our product lines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (retail or wholesale experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Gmail).
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
A positive attitude, a team player spirit, and a passion for fashion.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the fashion industry.
Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese).
