Small and vibrant ecommerce company seeks dynamic personable meticulous hard worker to handle customer service (and a lot more) Massive opportunity for growth We are a small, scrappy, fun, ambitious group of entrepreneurs looking for one exceptional person to join our team.
Your primary mission will be to ensure that 100% of our customers are delighted with us in every way.
You'll respond to all customer communication - both online and by phone.
It's a top priority for us that every single customer feel great about our product, our company and every interaction they have with us.
You'll be leading the charge to make this happen.
In addition, we'll ask for your help with a wide variety of things.
You will need to be ready and eager to do whatever needs to get done - whether it's doing research, making a spreadsheet, helping with a project.

Although we have significant sales, we're still in the startup stage of our growth, which means that everyone wears many hats.
You need to be someone who's not only okay with that—you must share our entrepreneurial spirit and ambition.
We anticipate that we will triple in size over the next two years.
As that happens, if you prove your value (and your enthusiasm and dedication), you'll have the opportunity to move up into senior positions (which may be outside of customer service).

Your sock drawer is perfectly organized, and your car is never messy.

(4) Your computer skills are excellent.
Friends often ask for your help with things computer-related, and you're always able to solve their problems.
(5) You either (a) have experience with customer service - including platforms like Zendesk or (b) you are 1000% ready and eager to make yourself an expert in this area, watching videos, doing online courses.
