The Role We have an exciting new leadership opportunity within our Marketing organization supporting Enterprise/Business Unit (BU) Analytics & Customer Experience (CX).
This new leader will provide leadership and oversight for enterprise and BU-aligned insights and analytics.
This individual will oversee analysis of customer, product, & journey data and generate actionable insights to support BU decision making.
The selected candidate will influence development and implementation of the product and pricing strategies.
This leader will deliver channel & enterprise analytics to drive actionable insights and achieve target KPIs.
The individual will be tasked with building analytical capabilities, including developing predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and product/pricing models.
The selected candidate will also consolidate and stand up a central reporting function, creating, maintaining, and sunsetting reporting dashboards across BUs, channels, and enterprise.

This individual must strike the right balance between leading change at a swift pace while maintaining a disciplined focus on Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities Oversee customer satisfaction reports to track sentiments and offer personalization Administer data enablement function, including data storage, augmentation of new data fields, environment monitoring, and maintenance Manage data governance policies, including quality, access, infrastructure standards, etc.
Coordinate with Marketing Analytics for aligned insights and data governance Collaborate with BU Marketing teams for insights contributing to overall strategies Work closely with Tech, Product, Risk and Operations teams to drive impact on a given product, problem or initiative Influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership to predict current and future needs and achieve consistent application of methodologies, measurements, and interpretation Skills and Preferred Qualifications Advocate for innovative data-driven solutions Promote data integrity and transparency Lead initiatives for improved data governance and strategic insights Encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making Ensure key regulatory and business requirements are met effectively during implementation Strong pricing, operational analytics, and reporting capabilities Adaptability and agility to provide dedicated capacity based on changing demands Emphasis on data governance and integrity Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.

Pay Range: $266,305.
00 - $313,300.
00 - $344,630.
