*Description* We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk in the online media industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data accurately, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
*Responsibilities* * Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Update and maintain client records in our database.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Perform administrative tasks as needed.
* Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures.
*Experience:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Familiarity with databases and data collection processes * Proficiency in order entry and basic math skills * Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills are also important for collaborating with team members.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
