We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Limo Reservationist.
As a Limo Reservationist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of limousine reservations, including booking, scheduling, and coordinating transportation services for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Receive and process customer inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Book and confirm limousine reservations based on customer preferences and availability - Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, payments, and customer information - Handle billing and payment processing for completed reservations - Assist with resolving any issues or complaints from customers - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
