Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team! If you love food, and are passionate about hospitality then this is the job for you! You will be joining Buono Catering the Hospitality group behind the duo who brought you Coliri Kitchen.
In this new venture you will be supporting both Colori Kitchen and Cafe Tremendo as the Guest Service Representative.
Reporting directly to the Owner and Restauranteur you will assist customers with reservations, lost and found, catering orders, office operations, and a variety of other guest interactions.
The ideal candidate has experience in restaurant services, catering, reservations, office operations and social media and can quickly build rapport with guests.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of new technology
Knowledge of Social Media: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
Previous waitstaff experience
Knowledge of catering practices
Must be humble, an effective communicator and not afraid to ask for help
Greet every guest with a smile, yes even on the phone
Assist guests orders in house and to go
Answer phone calls and take orders and reservations accurately
Anticipate the needs of guests and build rapport
Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to management when necessary
Maintain accurate records of registration and payment information
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Reliable transportation required
This role will report directly to the Owner and who will have you working on
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Knowledge of front desk and reservation operations and procedures
Required Languages: English and Spanish
Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees
Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
