*Description* We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet guests, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support.
Your role will be integral in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and employees.
*Responsibilities* - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with office management tasks as needed - Act as a personal assistant to management when required *Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional appearance and demeanor This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
