Key responsibilities include:
Proactive Account Management - building and maintain long-lasting client relationship, providing ‘Supa’ awesome experiences for our customers, providing solution, after sales support and negotiating agreements
Identifying opportunities for growth
Reporting and analysis - preparing reports and analyzing information from all the great information you've added to HubSpot to demonstrate your progress and achievements of targets
Building great relationships - internally and externally
Working as part of a high performing sales team that loves to win!

Your background, knowledge and skills
Strong Sales background
5+ years Enterprise Account management
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field or proven experience in key account management preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.
g.
Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Excellent commercial acumen
Alignment to the Supacolor values and demonstration of Supacolor competencies
Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback + learn and grow
