We are seeking an in office dispatcher/ call scheduler to answer multi line phones and schedule appointments, confirm appointments and do office work Must possess excellent customer service, multitasking abilities, work under minimal supervision, and be highly organized.
*Must have 2+ years of proven experience answering phones
Schedule daily appointments on our online software
Confirm appointments daily for technicians
Answer 45+ incoming daily inbound phone calls in a professional manner
Must know how to answer multi line phone
Must know how to book appointments
Listen attentively to caller needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Communicate with technicians as well as with customers and provide information about parts arrivals, customer’s appointment times, etc.
Organize information on spreadsheets
File folders and organize paperwork
Orders parts/appliances from our distributors
Create invoices online and email to customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be able to multitask
Must be organized
This job has down time but also times when its very busy and must be ready to actively speak to customers and book appointments
Job Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Full Time
