Flip is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Customer Experience Team! As a Customer Experience Associate you will assist our customers by answering questions and responding to issues.
Tasks include, but are not limited to: live chat, order
processing, UPS inquiries, payment processing, and fraud detection.

Requirements
3+ years of customer service experience
Loves our app and can explain how it works
Live Chat experience
Payment processing, such as Stripe or similar
Google Business
Slack or similar
Available nights and weekends (NO exceptions)
3PM-10PM Shift Thursday-Monday
$21 - $21 an hour
