*Medical Front Office Floater Key Responsibilities:*
* Support the front office and business office with various administrative tasks.
* Main duties includes scanning and organizing vendor invoices for the Accounts Payable department, collaborate with AP to review and match the amounts with the invoices for weekly bill payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies, handle vendor communication, resolving any issues related to payments and maintaining strong vendor relations.
* Float to Front Office or other areas as needed, to provide coverage, requiring handling phones, checking in patients, verifying insurances, and scheduling appointments as needed.
*Medical Front Office Floater Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a medical office and/or business office settings, or similar roles.
* Experience with scanning and faxing documents.
* Experience with EMR
