The Hyatt Place in El Segundo is currently seeking a flexible, outgoing, part time AM/PM front desk agent.
AM/PM front desk agent duties include but not limited to:
* Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
* Ensures guest is assigned type of room reserved and credit/method of payment is established at the time of check-in.
* Takes incoming calls and makes on-site rooms reservations when needed.
* Check-in and check-out guests, preparing and reviewing bill to guest satisfaction.
* Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
* Warm and friendly interaction with guests, in person and by phone.
* Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
Requirements:
* Flexible schedule is must.
(work weekends/holidays/overnights)
* Shifts can range from every other week anywhere from 1-3days.
* Positive can do attitude.
* Service/restaurant/hotel experience a plus.
* 1 year experienced preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
