Job: Dispatcher
Location: El Segundo, CA - in person only
Job type: Full-time 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:30pm -10pm shift available
Salary: $25-30 an hour/DOE
Responsibilities
Dispatch and keep constant communication with company drivers, customers and others to ensure on-time performance according to instructions.
Organize, analyze, process and communicate new and pertinent information in regard to availability, scheduling or route.

First point of contact for drivers.
Must monitor driver’s schedule, including lunch break
Answer customer questions and update customers on status
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Must have verifiable previous dispatching experience, 1-2 year minimum
Organized and attention to detail a must
Problem solving, time-management and analytical skills a must
Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
Account Management or Customer Service experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
Team player
Positive attendance record
Must be available and willing for overtime
