*Core Responsibilities includes, but not limited to: *
Supporting multiple technology platforms in use by DogPound (G-suite, zoom, iOS, MINDBODY, Shopify)
Constructing professional, informative, well-written correspondence to be viewed by clients, staff, and management
Coordinating efforts and tasks between different levels of various internal DogPound teams and it is important that you are able to work well alongside others
Smashes time management skills with an organized, efficient, and reliable approach; CSA will be in charge of schedules and a smooth operation with a high level of service for clients
Comfortable working with VIP clients; DogPound treats our client interactions with the utmost discretion, working under the guidelines of NDAs (non-disclosure agreements)
Prioritizing client experience through strong customer service skills; providing high level of hospitality
Dominates in multi-tasking with attentive, professional conduct; has the capacity to function efficiently in a high energy environment
Possess the qualities to maintain a positive relationship with both prospective and current DogPound family
Expected to have the flexibility to work some holidays, weekends, early mornings and late evenings
Support additional business-related activities as assigned by Management Team
Job Requirements (and preferred requirements)
High School degree or GED
3+ years customer service experience
Open working availability (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Proficient in computer skills (G suite, office software, zoom, preferred MINDBODY and Shopify)
Exceptional verbal/written communication
Strong Team player
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience working in a gym and/or health and wellness facility
CPR , First Aid, and safety response certification(s)
