Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments
- Support Customer (Working directly with customers on designing of new items, gathering information for quote requests and providing support in any way).
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
-Completing and submitting Ink Request to in-house ink suppier.
- Writing up RFQ for estimating
- Sending quotes to customers
- Writing up new and repeat orders
- Creating releases for shipping
- Updating and maintaining customer inventories
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Detail oriented and accuracy is a must
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
