*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Processing Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring that orders are processed and shipped in an accurate and timely manner.

*Duties*
- Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner via phone and email
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide product information and assist with purchasing decisions
- Keep detailed records of customer orders and customer requests, making sure nothing is missed and all orders are processed on time
- Process sales transactions accurately using our in-house software (Training provided)
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
*Qualifications*
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fast and dedicated learner, asking questions when necessary
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
*- Native fluency in English, both verbal and written*
- Spanish or Korean language skills are useful but not required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with fashion and clothing sales is a plus
- Familiarity with the N41 ERP software is a plus, but we provide training if necessary
*- Proficient and confident computer skills including:*
* Ability to learn how to use a sales software (N41) within the training period
* Email and navigating web pages
* Navigating computer file systems, documents, and photos
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with PDFs
