Concierge (Front desk) Day or Night time

We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly and creatively in order to provide guests with the best possible experience.

This position is has openings for Day Shift AND Night shift.
Responsibilities: * Deliver consistently exceptional and elevated customer service to all customers * Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards * Serve as the initial point of contact for all resident requests and concerns including in-person, by phone, and/or via email * Utilize property management software (e.
g.
Yardi) to assist residents and upper management with daily tasks * Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable working area/desk * Supervise and coordinate building access to vendors for scheduled work * Supervise and assist recurring vendors (e.
g.
security, porters, landscapers, pool service, etc.
) to maintain accountability for their assigned duties and ensure high performance levels from all parties * Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing laws and regulations * Develop, update and maintain operating systems and checklists to help ensure all facilities are always clean and secure * Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of packages * Coordinate reservations for common areas and elevators * Monitor Emergency Response Systems * Respond to all emergency situations in a timely manner * Possible additional responsibilities not listed here Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
