*Customer Service Representative*

*Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:*
- Handling inbound customer service calls and emails, effectively addressing rental termination requests, equipment service requests, rental inquiries, billing inquiries, escalations, and more.
- Accurately logging all call details into our POR system, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Collaborating with team members to escalate after-hours emergency service and rental requests promptly.
- Adhering to established processes and call guidelines specific to each call type to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Taking on other assigned duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.
*Additional Duties may include:*
- Providing assistance in the yard when needed.
- Moving equipment for display and security purposes.
- Instructing customers on proper equipment operation.
- Assisting other departments such as dispatch as requested.
*Experience:*
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is an advantage
