We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry companions.
Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and passion for animals will be instrumental in providing a positive experience for our clients while supporting our veterinary team in their mission to improve the eyesight of pets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective customer care strategies.
Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment book.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
* Verify and update client and patient information.
* Prepare and maintain patient records.
* Handle billing and process payments.
* Assist with filing insurance claims.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Coordinate and assist in the flow of patients and clients through the clinic.
* Provide clients with pre-appointment instructions and post-operative care information.
* Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
* Assist with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
