The HHF Housing Front Desk Clerk position supports the Healthy Housing department by assessing and supporting HHF tenants with their transitional and long-term housing success.
The OAA will provide administrative support, assist with leasing up and show available units.
Assist with room preparation, updates and status changes on Appfolio, excel spreadsheets and Salesforce.
They will also provide front desk coverage for on-site managers when they are moving in tenants or taking care of building concerns.
The HHF Front Desk Clerk will contribute towards AHF's core values by being able to generate individual/or family assessments to identify need to coordinate services to assist in overcoming challenges to long- term housing success.
Track and utilize tenants' external case managers to manage tenant difficulties as able.
In addition, being a part of the HHF team, you will be making referrals to the necessary programs and services that our tenants will need access to.
The HHF Front Desk Clerk adds consistent value to HHF Team by adapting to various situations with ease and by being flexible.
It is important to be personable and approachable to all circumstances.
