*Position Summary:*
OneUnited Bank, the largest Black-owned bank in the country, is seeking a Customer Success Representative for an exciting opportunity to learn about banking, branch operations, technology, service, and sales.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
*RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:*
Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
* Welcoming new customers to OneUnited Bank through outbound calling and chat campaigns
* Assisting customers with how to fully experience all the services the Bank offers.
* Maintaining service standards as required by position benchmarks for improving customers' digital experience.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*:
* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, customer success, customer service or call center environment.
* Must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills, the ability to learn, to multitask, to get along with people.
* The ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase adoption of our products and services.
* Requires close attention to detail, outstanding communication (listening, verbal, and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
* Must have strong technology aptitude.
* Must have the ability to work independently.
