We are searching for a Client Service Insurance Specialist to provide outstanding support and the finest attention to detail for our clients.
This Insurance Specialist position is a liaison between our Insurance Director, advisors and clients.

Salary-$65-$75K *This role is 100% in office 5 days/week, 8am-5pm * *Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:* · Act as the primary point of contact with insurance carriers to address inquiries regarding coverage and claims · Prepare and generate essential insurance documents following precise guidelines · Coordinate communication and changes between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring smooth interactions · Input data, print proposals, and gather information at the direction of financial representative in preparation for client/prospecting meetings · Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or requests a return of completed forms · Prepare policies for delivery · Maintain current client information for all product lines · Proficiently scan and archive documents in the relevant company system · Process incoming non-securities related insurance service requests from clients (process address changes, bank information change, loan requests and insurance service account service inquiries) · Complete monthly and quarterly tasks as well as work on ad hoc projects as needed · Responding to requests for assistance from advisors as needed * Perform other duties or special projects as assigned *Qualifications* · Bachelor’s Degree (required) · Minimum 2 years work experience in admin support or customer service, _financial services preferred_ · *CA Health and Insurance License preferred*, ( · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
