*Job summary*
This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with any questions regarding Hasselblad products and services, describing the product evaluation and providing repair solutions.
*Essential Functions*
All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
* Provide after-sales technical support for customers in North America, help them solve the technical problems.
* Sort out FAQs for customers, assist the service team to optimize technical solutions, and improve service quality.
* Dig deep into the customer's demand for product use, and assist the R&D team to promote product optimization from the after-sales side.
* Establish good relationship with customers and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications*
*Education*
* Associate degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Experience, Knowledge & Skillsets*
* Have good sense of service, logical thinking and communication skills
* Have digital product related experience, fault analysis and solution ability, with photography background is preferred
* Professional background in science and technology, technical work-related experience is preferred
* Ability to type 30 words or more per minute
* Fluent in 2 or more languages preferred
* Previous customer service and/or call center background is preferred
* Thorough knowledge about Hasselblad products is a huge plus
