Parking Concepts, Inc is looking for Full-Time Graveyard Call Center Representatives to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.
What you will be doing:
Answering calls from customers to learn more about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.

Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Customer service experience preferred.
