Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant The Pack Agency, a creative agency with brands such as MUNCHIES! (Formerly known as Delta Munchies) and Imperial Extraction is an industry leader in the world of hemp, CBD, and THC.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a full time position, location of partially in our Downtown Los Angeles office and partially remote.
It requires an individual who is adept at managing office operations while providing a high level of customer service.
This is a 80% customer service position and 20% admin support with the following responsibilities: Admin Support Responsibilities: - Admin support to Office Manager on day to day tasks - Document support, e-filing in folders on Google Drive.
- Assist in producing and distributing reports as needed.
- Use of Microsoft word, excel for various documents and reports.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, replying to emails, and answering phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to the management team - Plus, any other admin tasks needed.
- Customer Service Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer databases, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Plus, any other customer service tasks needed.
Requirements: - A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative or - -Administrative Assistant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
