Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to resident inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle resident complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle difficult residents with empathy and patience.
- Experience with surveillance systems, CCTV, or loss prevention is a plus.
