Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the front office area is organized.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
Distribute internal and external correspondence.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve routine inquiries and issues promptly.
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide support to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
