Beautiful creative musical space in Los Feliz to record (Los feliz)

I have a beautiful studio in the hills of Los Feliz that I’d like to open up to fellow creatives to track or flush out any ideas.
The beautifully secluded guesthouse is a dream come true.
I would be your engineer, and the place includes an upright piano, several vintage amps a bass and a beautiful acoustic.
My rate is $400 for an 8 hour day, however happy to work with you if it’s the right fit.
