We are looking for a senior generalist engineer to join an incubation team currently developing a brand new game set in a beloved Sci-fi universe.

Responsibilities:
Solve problems efficiently in all areas of development, learning as needed, and deliver high impact outcomes through a deep understanding of what matters when.
Empower the rest of the team to do their best work, such as by collaborating to build useful tools, mentoring others, and tending to team health & culture.
Active participation in promoting and building an inclusive work environment.
Be involved in building the foundations of the team through hiring and iterating team culture as we scale.
Qualifications:
You love building, playing and understanding games.
Balanced approach between learning new things and delivering finished work.
Fluency in C/C++
Strong fundamentals in vector math and linear algebra.
5+ years of game dev experience with at least 1 title shipped.
Introspective and reflective so you’ll be able to tell us how your experience molded you.
You are comfortable and successful at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
Feedback and conflict resolution are part of how you work.

Seattle vs.
Spokane):
º $136,000 - $218,900 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
