Bilingual Phone Interviewer (Lu Mien) Needed- Healthcare Study (Los Angeles)

Ebony Marketing Systems is currently seeking qualified Bilingual Phone Interviewers proficient in Lu Mien and English to join our team for a vital healthcare enrollment outreach project in collaboration with the state of California.
The project involves reaching out to residents who are being automatically unenrolled from their state healthcare.
Your role will encompass making callbacks to these residents and, if necessary, conducting phone interviews.
The interviews consist of 10 questions aimed at gauging their understanding of the re-enrollment process.
**Responsibilities:** - Make phone callbacks to California residents who have been automatically unenrolled from state healthcare.
- Conduct phone interviews in Lu Mien for residents who prefer communication in these languages (less than 1% of calls).
- Utilize a translated hardcopy script to guide conversations during phone interviews.
- Ask a series of 10 questions to assess residents' knowledge about re-enrolling in state healthcare.
- Provide clear and concise information about the re-enrollment process.
- Document responses accurately and comprehensively.
- Adhere to the project schedule and complete a total of 150-180 hours(estimated) over approximately 26 shifts between January and the end of April.
- Participate in paid training sessions to familiarize yourself with the project requirements and interview techniques.
**Requirements:** - Fluent in both spoken and written Lu Mien.
- Proficient in English, as the online script will be in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient, capable of engaging effectively with residents.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to assigned shifts.
- Previous experience in phone interviewing or customer service is advantageous.
- Comfortable using technology and following provided scripts.
**Compensation:** - Hourly Rate: $35/hour - Paid Training: Training sessions will be compensated.
