Full Stack Engineer

*Overview* Datum is a cutting-edge technology company focused on reinventing commercial real-estate management software from the ground up while creating a lasting impact on the local Los Angeles community.
Now, we're seeking a highly motivated and curious Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative and scalable software solutions.
*Responsibilities* In this role, your primary task will be to design a lightweight Chrome extension and Microsoft Add-in that connects email clients with our preexisting software infrastructure.
Provide supplementary support up and down the tech stack across AWS and our web-application.
Architect and build efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems using NextJS for server-side rendering and React for front-end development.
Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
*Requirements* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Solid understanding of HTML + CSS.
Experience with React, TypeScript, NextJS, and an SQL database such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with Amazon AWS’s S3 for data storage.
Experience creating a Chrome extension is a plus.
Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
An extreme amount of curiosity and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
