AI is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and improving our business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Location : Glendale, CA (On-site only) Responsibilities: Conduct workshops, and surveys to elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Create clear and detailed documentation, including business process models, use cases, and requirements specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that address business needs, including integration with external systems through APIs.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.
Work closely with testing teams to ensure that implemented solutions, including API integrations, meet specified requirements.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into the final solution.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Recommend adjustments or enhancements to processes and systems, including API optimizations.
Assist in managing organizational change by providing stakeholders with information about the impact of proposed changes.
Address concerns and facilitate the transition to new processes or systems.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of proven experience in the IT field.
Bachelor's or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Specialized knowledge in fintech and lending.
Proficient in Business and Systems analysis methodologies and practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct integration testing using tools like Swagger, Postman.
Capability to design integration contracts outlining data flows.
Conduct requirement gathering through interviews, analysis of solutions, and business processes.
Knowledge of protocols (ESB, API, REST, SOAP).
Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Experience with diagramming tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or DRAW.

Proficient in Agile methodologies.
Understanding of information systems concepts (ERP, CRM, FSM, etc.
).
Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with UI/UX basics and prototyping concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database skills.
Skilled in project management, capable of organizing work effectively.
