Tyto Athene is looking for a Senior Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Analyst to support the OPS3 Real-time Asset Management System (RAMS) at SSC in providing acquisitions project management, sustainment, engineering and lifecycle program support.
The current IWMS application is Archibus.
*Responsibilities:* * Provide customer service/user assistance, project analytical support, and configuration changes to the IWMS system * Provide ongoing technical and engineering support for IWMS customization to include testing of patches and updates * Provide guidance, training, and daily tasking to junior IWMS technicians * Coordinate with organizational leaders to develop policies and procedures required to authorize and update personnel moves, equipment deployment/changes, and facility change requests orders * Provide quality control over integration scripts, and automation methodologies for IWMS * Update site configuration changes, validate completed changes, and update IWMS as necessary * Provide IWMS design support to SSC units, such as designing dashboards and reports for effective use of data * Provide overall daily project management of RAMS and liaison between outside vendors, SSC/SN, SSC units and SSC leadership * Provide RAMS project metrics and status to Tyto and SSC leadership * Provide Initial Equipment inventory and personnel verifications and Real-time Data entry and modifications * Coordinate with outside vendors on engineering method for importing data from Federal databases and Testing/customizing of data import * Validate imported data from Federal databases and ensure date is normalized for use in Archibus * Provide Administration of Archibus (new users, accounts, permissions) and Training of SSC IWMS users * Work with outside vendors and Unit leadership to develop and implement “containerization” strategy to isolate unit data from each other * Work closely with IT and Security staff to ensure equipment baselines remain accurate.
* Perform 10% monthly inventories, and 100% yearly inventories of tracked assets.
* Utilize the IWMS system to develop and maintain performance metrics logs and dashboards for senior leadership * Develops user training and troubleshooting training for onsite techs * Perform IWMS capacity planning through the ongoing monitoring, alerting, and reporting of resource utilization levels and errors in the environment using a variety of tools and processes.
* Maintain inventories for support and maintenance per location by working with our selected vendors.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from end-user to senior management about both business and IT needs.
* Excellent project management, project scoping, troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation and customer management skills required.
*Qualifications: * * Minimum of an Active DOD TS/SCI preferred.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
* Recommend 5 years’ experience working with Integrated workplace management systems.
* Comfortable working with users in a training/mentoring environment as required.
* Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSH, Telnet, WAN.
* Current knowledge/understanding of security protocols such as HTTPS, IPSEC, Kerberos, Encryption, Access Control, ACL’s.
Preferred: * STEM Master’s Degree * Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe), Project Management Institute- Agile Certified Professional (PMI- ACP), Certified Scrum Master, PMP or similar certification * Knowledge of scripting * Knowledge of AutoCAD * 15 or more years of DoD and/or Space Operations experience, specifically acquisition and/or operational experience, development of requirements, specifications and proposals; familiar with a variety of acquisition concepts, phases, and procedures; participate in technical studies, and performance reviews; ability to function in a multi-contractor/customer environment, performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills; and effective written and oral communication skills required * Familiarity working with or at the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), US Space Command (USSPACECOM), and/or Space Force Field Commands * A successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency leadership – proven success in leading high-performance teams in an integrated product development team environment, achieving results through others, and being a strong team player * Objectivity – Must maintain objectivity to determine proper standards, processes, and procedures that benefits the entire organization * Creativity – Develop innovative solutions to modernize and improve system proficiencies (i.
