We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the media engineering of Apple’s corporate and R&D facilities in strategic locations in the US.
' The Media Engineering Project Manager supports design and installation for construction projects relevant to content creation, media servicing, and presentation as managed by the RE&D department.
This individual works with each project manager, as a part of the project management team, supporting the specific audiovisual requirements of each space.
Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Working knowledge of construction projects including sequencing and multiple trade coordination.
Ability to coordinate between real estate design and construction teams as well as corporate information systems, specialty vendors, and technology engineers.
Knowledge of acoustics relevant to sound reproduction and sound isolation.
Ability to design to SMPTE, Dolby, LEED, ADA, Fire Life Safety, and other standards or specifications as required by each project.
Knowledge of AV control systems: Crestron, BSS, QSC, AMX, Savant, etc.
Understanding of IP networking fundamentals and infrastructure.
Understanding of digital imaging fundamentals and systems.
Experience in managing technical builds for new construction and remodels.
Vast knowledge of enterprise level AV equipment and solutions including displays, cameras, lighting systems, codecs, switchers, projectors, control systems, amplifiers and speakers.
Description Description Responsibilities include delivery of production facilities, post production facilities, AVCN installations, corporate theaters, specialty labs, all-hands conference centers, etc.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Provide design guidelines for specialty labs and AV spaces.
- Develop documentation for projects including low voltage single line diagrams, equipment selection lists, and physical placement details.
- Participate in programming meetings for labs and conference rooms.
- Onboard, oversee, and build relationships with preferred vendors.
- Coordinate with IS&T and other cross functional Apple groups for each project.
- Ensure that all media engineering components are correctly budgeted, specified, and ordered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with construction PM to ensure that technical milestones are met within the agreed upon timeframes from rough-in to final delivery.
- Ensure that vendors and trades have completed deliverables as specified in the SoW or proposal at closeout.
- Where beneficial create standards, equipment parity, and methodologies that allow for uniformity across buildings and campuses.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $149,800.
00 and $225,800.
00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
