Experience with Virtual Production and/or Video Workflows
Experience with USD or similar systems
Experience working in complex codebases
Experience creating plugins for DCC applications (Houdini, Maya, Blender, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro X, etc)
Excellent working knowledge of 3D math, particularly applied to 3D rendering
4+ Years of professional working experience

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of relevant industry experience

Networking engineering knowledge a plus
C/C++ and or Obj-C/Swift experience a plus
UI/UX engineering experience a plus, particularly in declarative frameworks like React or SwiftUI
Sound/music production experience either professionally or as a hobby a plus
Virtual production and/or 3D art experience a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
